Troubleshooting Tips
I am not able to download the Full Track I purchased via the WEB? What can I do?
  • Please ensure that your browser's security level has been set correctly. Reset your browser's security settings by taking the following steps:

    1. Launch Internet Explorer and select "Tools" from the menu bar.
    2. Click "Internet Options".
    3. Select "Security".
    4. Select the"Default Level" option and click the "OK" button.
    5. Try downloading the Full Track again. It should work now.
I have changed my browser's security level but I still can't download the Full Track after purchasing it via the WEB? What else can I do?
  • Reset Windows Media DRM by deleting all the files in the Windows Media DRM folder.

The Windows Media DRM folder is a hidden system folder and so please take the following steps to view it.

    1. Click Start -> My Computer.
    2.   Select Tools -> Folder Options.
    3.   In the window that pops up select the "View" tab.
    4.   Click on "Show hidden files and folders" and uncheck the "Hide protected operating system files" item.
    5.   You should be able to view the Windows Media DRM folder now.

You can find the Windows DRM folder in the following locations:
    Windows Vista: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\DRM
Microsoft Windows 2000 and Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\DRM
      Windows 98: C:\Windows\All Users\DRM
      Windows Millennium Edition: C:\Windows\DRM

Once you've deleted the files in the DRM folder, restart your PC. Once your computer has rebooted, access the DiGi Music site again, go to My Music and click on “Reactivate My Music” and re-download the song.
  • Once the song has been downloaded just play it in Windows Media Player 11 and follow the on-screen prompts & steps to upgrade Windows Media Player’s DRM settings.
